Does HP All-in-One - 24-g014 (Touch) (ENERGY STAR) have a touch screen?

I believe it did when it was new but now there is none.

Yes, you do have a touch screen. It may be disabled, or it may be faulty. I would suggest calling HP and getting them to remote in to see if it's disabled.

Otherwise, turn the pc off, then on. Straight away keep tapping F2. Choose your language, component tests and touch screen. If touch screen is not listed, then it's probably faulty.

I did some research and found out that your computer does have a touch screen.
