Why is HP NOT answering the questions of why the Z43 large display monitor will not except input from a computer through the USB-C port on the rear?  WHY?

no pc told nor  cable told (exact maker and model number cable)

best is too post facts first, like what PC is this, and if has USB-C adaptors or upgrades that too.

are you confusing Thunderbolt  issues?

there is no answer , for due to above. SO later  I now try.

tell what the monitor does when connected,

the full model of Z43 was not told, on the service tag on rear, this full number tells what options are in any HP PC or monitor.

the first manual I see on Z43 not one word in it for USB-C (or used as video channel)

if i google more yes, I see one at newegg. (0uch $800 bucks, way too much)

true model product model here.

DisplayPort (1.2), Mini-DisplayPort (1.2), HDMI (2.0), USB Type-C Video Inputs!

now find a PC that matches that, NONe TOLD. yet,  11/21/2020 8am.

do not mix USB-c with thunderbolt,  they are not the same but will later in the futures,

read paragraph  1,2,3 here.
