Please provide the Product ID or exact model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol as shown here. This code may be needed to find cloud recovery files.  There are 200 versions of the 15s

 

In the meantime you might want to review this

 


See if you can identify which category your problem falls in.
I also need your product ID if laptop or model name if an external monitor
