warranty dispute

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP is saying my monitor is out of warranty.  I submitted a dispute showing them the invoice and they haven't replied at all since may.  I can't seem to check the dispute.  And I can't get a real person since they say it is out of warranty.   It magically cracked at the top and is turning black.  Need to get this turned in before it really expires.

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
