Product: HP X27i 2K Gaming Monitor

HP x27i monitor flickers while in windows. Reducing refresh rate to 60hz no flickering. 120 or 144hz it flickers. Can cause the problem to get worse moving windowed programs around the desktop.

 

Radeon 6750 with freesync on or off still flickers.

 

Already tried updating monitor drivers, changing display port cable, and various settings. Not sure what other options.

 

Disconnected HP monitor and plugged in a Gigabyte M28U monitor to the same setup there is no flickering.
