One day my printer is working and almost 2 weeks ago stopped working all of a sudden. It’s showing network not connected and a yellow triangle with exclamation mark appears and blue flashing light. I have factory reset and network reset and when setting up wireless network it searches and then crashes. Also when pressing the wireless icon on the printer touchscreen it says IP: Not Connected and Network Name: Not available. I’ve even reset my router but not had any success.

@sdahar, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Print a Wireless test report to check if the wireless adapter is working fine in the printer.
On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon (), then touch the Settings icon ().
Touch Print Reports, then touch Wireless Test Report.
Check for Wireless ON and Wireless working. if both say Pass, proceed to the next step.
Resetting the printer to its factory settings may help.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
