Hi, my HP Pavilion All-in-One 23-b217c is having issues with the Bluetooth connection. It does not let me connect my devices and when I run the troubleshooter, it says there are no Bluetooth drivers detected. I went to my device manager, and it does not show my Bluetooth driver unless I click show hidden devices. I've tried resetting my PC and reinstalling Windows and that did not fix the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi:
The first thing to try would be to install the latest Bluetooth driver for the Intel Wi-Fi adapter from the link below:
Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® for Windows® 10 and Windows 11*
If that doesn't work, then it sounds to me like the Bluetooth radio on the Wi-Fi adapter has failed.
The easiest thing to do would be to purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.
Otherwise, you will have to replace the internal Intel 3168AC Wi-Fi adapter that the parts list indicates your PC comes with, which isn't a very easy thing to do.
If you want to replace the internal card, you may as well upgrade it to this model:
Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro HP part #L35282-005
This service manual does not provide the instructions for how to replace the Wi-Fi card, but it will help you get to where it is located.
Microsoft Word - 854285-001 - Fangio_Memory Module_CSR.doc (hp.com)
This service video for a notebook PC provides general instructions for how to remove and replace the type of Wi-Fi card your PC has. The procedure starts at minute 15:10
