Hi, so whenever I try to connect my Bluetooth headphones to my pc it wouldn’t work because it wouldn’t show in device manager my Bluetooth driver and it would say this, also I have 4 usb connections but two of them would not work completely and the other two would work but I would have to plug back in sometime to make my keyboard and mouse work as well as other accessories that have a usb cable to connect to my pc.

Hi @Shane128,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you are facing multiple driver and hardware issues on your HP All-in-One 20-c020. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot both the Bluetooth and USB problems.
For Bluetooth Issues:
Check if Bluetooth is enabled:
- Open the Device Manager (right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager).
- Look for Bluetooth in the list. If it's missing, this could be the source of the problem.
Reinstall Bluetooth drivers:
- In Device Manager, right-click on Bluetooth (if listed), then select Uninstall device.
- Restart your PC, and Windows should attempt to reinstall the Bluetooth driver automatically.
- If Bluetooth is still missing, go to HP’s support website for your model and download the latest Bluetooth driver.
Update Windows and Drivers:
- Ensure your Windows is up to date by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and clicking Check for updates.
- Also, check for any driver updates for Bluetooth through Device Manager by right-clicking on the Bluetooth adapter and selecting Update driver.
Check for hidden devices:
- In Device Manager, click View at the top and select Show hidden devices. Look under Bluetooth and see if there’s anything listed that might not be showing up by default.
Ensure Bluetooth Support is Enabled in BIOS:
- Restart your PC and enter BIOS (usually by pressing F10 or ESC during startup).
- Check if the Bluetooth option is enabled in the BIOS settings.
For USB Issues:
Check Power Settings:
- Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Change Plan Settings > Change Advanced Power Settings.
- Expand USB settings, then USB selective suspend setting and set it to Disabled. This will prevent Windows from turning off your USB ports to save power.
Reinstall USB drivers:
- In Device Manager, expand Universal Serial Bus Controllers and uninstall all items under this section (right-click and select Uninstall device).
- Restart your computer, and Windows should automatically reinstall the USB drivers.

Check the USB hubs:
- Sometimes, faulty USB hubs can cause issues. Try plugging your devices into different ports directly on the PC if you're using a hub.
Check Device Manager for Issues:
- Look for any yellow exclamation marks in Device Manager under both Bluetooth and Universal Serial Bus Controllers. Right-click and update the drivers if there are issues.
Test with Other USB Devices:
- Try different USB devices in the ports that are not working to rule out if the issue is with the port or the devices themselves.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
