Bluetooth keyboard does not work, no driver gets installed.

Unless the bluetooth driver was deleted or replaced with a non-working one the laptop should sync .

 

Bring up bluetooth,  ensure it is enabled, look for your keyboard.  if not there then click "Add Device"

For example:  The above shows an MX anywhere 25 mouse that it not connected.  If your tried several time and that mouses cannot connect then it needs to be removed. Once removed, click the Add Device and press the button on the mouse that makes it sync with your laptop.

Sometimes when a device is unplugged when power is on there can be a problem reconnecting.  Same if there is a power outage.

 

If bluetooth ON is grayed out and "off" then the driver is not working.  Let me know.
