Hello,

I recently took my HP 19 computer out of storage. It has been installing new updates, etc. After the new updates have installed I can not find Bluetooth under my device manager. My computer is saying it does not support it, but I have seen this has been an issue for others too.

I have tried downloading the Bluetooth drive recommended for my computer on the HP support website and that has not seemed to help. I believe my device originally had Bluetooth? I used to use a wireless printer with it...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It only has  Wireless LAN 802.11b/g/n featuring Single-band (2.4Ghz) 1x1 adapter without Bluetooth. It is more than 6 years old now, I can't find a compatible adapter for you. Option

There are many brands and models around, cheaper too.
