May I have some advice on getting my bluetooth Adapter working on my ENVY 750? My bluetooth adapter is not working and is not being detected by the computer. I tried downloading the driver again from the HP website and installed it but bluetooth is still not working.
Bluetooth worked for a brief moment, the first couple days I had my computer, but now it does not even show on the Device Manager:
It clearly shows on the item ordered that it should have Bluetooth:
Please let me know what I can do or how this can be fixed.

Hi,
Please download and install the following Realtek RTL8723BE Bluetooth 4.0 Driver for Bluetooth:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp74001-74500/sp74136.exe
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the quick reply, but it did not work. Any other recommendations?
I tried installing that file and even reboot afterwards but bluetooth still does not show on Device Manager nor can it detect any blue tooth devices
