Where do I down a driver for my 4152 all in one printer?? It's not connected to my laptop and will not print

I assume you went through this already, if not please do so now and come back if a problem.

I suspect you want to be able to print something and not just connect PC to the printer using WiFi

1 - Your PC needs to be on the network, either WiFi or hardwired.

2 - You need to configure the printer for the WiFi network.  Here ia a quick writeup on how to do it AT THE PRINTER using its buttons and looking at that small LCD menu https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1780623-1698506-16

Not that HP "smart" app needs to be on the PC also.
