I have had this laptop for almost a year and a half now and I have already experienced a lot of common issues using this device. Fortunately, I managed to fix those problems myself, even without having profound tech knowledge. I never asked for any technical support-- I only relied on video tutorials, which saved me multiple times.
I believed that those tutorials would all I have to rely on to fix any issue with my laptop. Until one day, my WIFI stopped connecting to any available network, which remains like that until now. Whenever I try to connect the WIFI to an available network, just after about 3 seconds, I keep getting a note that says: "Can't connect to this network".
I did everything that I could-- I attentively and carefully watched MANY tutorial videos-- but apparently none of those worked. I'm helpless right now, and I am now considering asking for a professional tech help. I do not know what else to do. This error is annoying! It affects my productivity as I am forced to connect to internet via PAN, which is much slower than the WIFI connection.
What do you think about this problem? Could the problem be is in my network adapter?

Hi @Paopaoxx,
Thank you for the response.
Try these steps:
Restart your Router and Laptop: Sometimes, simply restarting can solve connectivity issues.
Check Network Settings:
- Make sure the Wi-Fi is turned on.
- Check if Airplane Mode is off.
Forget and Reconnect to the Network:
- Go to "Settings" > "Network & Internet" > "Wi-Fi".
- Click on the current Wi-Fi network and select "Forget".
- Try connecting again by choosing the network and entering the password.
Update Network Drivers:
- Open "Device Manager".
- Expand "Network adapters".
- Right-click on your Wi-Fi adapter and select "Update driver".
- Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software".
Run Network Troubleshooter:
- Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Troubleshoot".
- Select "Internet Connections" and run the troubleshooter.
Check Router Compatibility: Ensure your router is compatible with your laptop’s Wi-Fi settings; update router firmware if needed.
I hope this helps.
