Product: HP S2031a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Tried connecting to EarthLink internet and computer says internet available but there’s no list to choose from. When I attempt to create a connection it says modem problem 681. Not sure how to update network adapter if that’s the issue. I was able to connect to the internet before I switched to EarthLink. EarthLink is unable to help me.

What is the full model number or product number of your PC?

 S2031a is the model number of your PC's monitor, not the PC itself.

Hi:

 

The product specs for your PC indicate that it only came with wired networking capability.

If you added a wireless network adapter, you would have to see if the manufacturer of the device has updated drivers for it.
