That's interesting...
OK, try to manually install the driver as follows...
Go to the device manager and click to expand the display adapters device manager category.
If the graphics driver is missing, you should be seeing a Standard VGA Adapter listed there.
Click on the standard vga adapter, click on the driver tab, click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp57510.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked, and see if the driver installs that way.
If not, then boot into your W10 installation, and tell me the name and model number of the graphics adapter you see listed there.
It should be the Radeon HD 7570 according to the PC specs page.
I'll have to see what alternative drivers there may be out in HP-land.

OK, so that helps.
At least we know it is the card the specs state it was.
Now to find the W7 driver for it. One must exist somewhere...
See if this one works...
This package provides the original driver for the ATI/AMD Radeon HD graphics solutions in supported models that are running a supported operating system.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp55501-56000/sp55702.exe
I extracted the exe file into its driver folder by using the free 7-Zip file utility and there is definitely support for a list of HD 7570 graphics cards. Hopefully the one you have is supported by the driver.
AMD6759.6 = "AMD Radeon HD 7570"
AMD6759.7 = "AMD Radeon HD 7570"
AMD675D.1 = "AMD Radeon HD 7570"
AMD675D.2 = "AMD Radeon HD 7570"

Unfortunately, I would have no idea what you need to do to fix that problem.
See if you can start W7 in safe mode would be the only suggestion I can offer.
Tap the F8 key right after the HP welcome screen shows up and see if you can start W7.
If the graphics driver didn't install, then it can't be the driver.
If you have no display at all, then shut down the PC and remove the graphics card, hook up your monitor to the onboard graphics adapter and see if that works.
If it does, most likely the graphics card died on you.
