Computer says no internet on everything even if I am conected

So I've been having this problem for a while now on my pc where my computer is connected to the internet but every thing like Steam,Chrome,Firefox and everything that used Wi-Fi on it says that it's not connected to the internet and don't say check the router or motem because it can't be any of them because all of our devices are connected and working just fine is it this time to retire this sad old one from 2010 for one of the newer windows 10 ones

FIRST check the Router/Modem as you have indicated it could be the source of the problem. 

Although without the HP model number it is hard to gauge.

You may have a....

which may be only thing on a 2.4 GHz band, and therefore the router should have the item listed as connected, if your summary is accurate.

If so then the Lease Time is worth knowing.

As is the DNS values your PC is using.

So PING....

ping 127.0.0.1

ping 192.168.0.1

ping 13.107.4.52

and post the results.
