FIRST check the Router/Modem as you have indicated it could be the source of the problem.
Although without the HP model number it is hard to gauge.

which may be only thing on a 2.4 GHz band, and therefore the router should have the item listed as connected, if your summary is accurate.
If so then the Lease Time is worth knowing.
As is the DNS values your PC is using.
So PING....
ping 127.0.0.1
ping 192.168.0.1
ping 13.107.4.52
and post the results.
