I am facing the same issue with my laptop - HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs0053cl.
It came with Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe adapter for wireless connections.
It works for couple of mintues and disconnects from internet. I need to use Troubleshoot option and it fixes the error , Wifi gets connected. The same scene continues again and again. From many forums it seems this issue is a known one and happening for many HP laptops.
HP Team - Do you have any identified permanent fix for this ?

Welcome to the HP Forums!
Thank you for posting your query on this forum, it's a great place to find answers.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.
- When was the last time the computer was working fine?
- Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
- Have you followed the steps suggested in the thread?
While you respond to that, I recommend you run a test on the wireless card following the steps in the below article to make sure that the wireless card is working fine.
