Hi all! I have an HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Desktop Mini 65W, Prod No L2X86AV, that I can not activate the bluetooth on. The unit came with a Intel 8260NGW wifi card. I have upgraded the card to an Intel 9260NGW. I have tried both cards in another machine (Gigabyte Brix Skylake) and can confirm that both cards have the bluetooth radio and it is functional. I have it enabled in the BIOS. However the OS can not see the card. I have tried the OEM Windows 10 recovery, Windows 10 from the Microsoft site, the OEM Windows 7 Pro recovery, and Ubuntu 19.04. None of these operating systems can see it. Is there another switch somewhere? Did HP disable the Bluetooth USB "port" through the UEFI? I have updated the UEFI Firmware to the latest build and done a full reset of the firmware.
Thanks!
