HP Recommended

My HP ProDesk 400 G4 MT is having issues connecting to ethernet. I've tried multiple solutions but none work. My cousin says it randomly shut down. After that random shutdown, it wouldn't turn on for around 2 days.

My PC now turns on, but there is no Ethernet.

Anyone have a fix?
