Hi!
I have the same question that was previously discussed in topic https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Functional-buttons-on-wireless-...
Unfortunately, HP specialists hadn't answered the question
The problem is that on this wireless keyboard multimedia buttons set as default. Is there is an option to change default settings to F1-F12 (without simultaneous press Fn+__), instead of multimedia?
In BIOS it cannot be fixed, because BIOS changes Action keys only on a laptop, but not on the wireless keyboard.
I have the same model as in the initial request
Thank you in advance!

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I would like to inform you that there is no option to change the multimedia keys and set function keys as default. It is by design as this is a multimedia keyboard.
Hope that answers your question and you have a great day!

Thank you for the response! It's sad that there is no option to switch FN functionality. It would be very helpful if HP support will issue the keyboard driver update to solve this issue somehow (for ex. by pressing Fn+capslock, or any other available combination)

There are many third-party tools available for keyboard keys remapping which you can use to remap the keys. Please do some research online and you will find a lot of tools to remap the keyboard keys.
NOTE: HP Doesn't recommend using third-party tools. You can change the configuration at your own risk.
Cheers!
