HP-15-r007tu Notebook
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Though purchased in 2016 ,but never used as din't have the requirement.

I have tried to install driver for bluetooth and tried everything.

Till now i 'm not able to find bluetooth  in device manager or setting or connection of device. I mean i ve not seen bluetooth anywhere.

I have a doubt ,is it actuall available originally .

Hardware is available or not in my laptop. But in the specification , it is mentioned available. How to check it ?

If yes , how to change the setting or anything ?

Hi:

Yes, your notebook originally came with Bluetooth, it has a Ralink RT3290LE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter.

Most likely the Bluetooth portion of the wifi adapter is not functioning (broken).
