Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I am unable to connect my keyboard and mouse to my desktop. They both have new working batteries and I have pressed the blue connect button. The issue is that my keyboard and mouse are not even being discovered by my desktop even though I am pressing the blue button on them. Please help!
