Hi,
I'm gaming a bit on this PC and not very satisfied with its Wi-Fi performance. Really just wondering if there is anything to do to make this better. New Wi-Fi card? Is there an upgrade for it? Have the latest drivers and all as it is now.
Cheers

Why is the wifi performance so bad?
That card should be very fast according to the specs (up to 2.4 GB/S with a Wi-Fi 6 router).
There isn't really anything better you can install unless you want to experiment with one of the new Intel Wi-Fi 7 cards, but you would need to have a Wi-Fi 7 router in order for it to make any difference.
No one has tried to upgrade from such a good card as the AX201 in that model series PC, so I can't guarantee you if it will work or not.

Can't really tell why it's bad. When I download i get very good speed, bandwith is no problem.
But when I started playing CS2 i noticed a lot of lagging.
I've tried reading up a bit and I seem to recall that I couldn't upgrade to a newer Wi-Fi card due to the CPU? But the Wi-Fi 7 card should work?
It's either to try that or try a Wi-Fi USB dongle.
Thanks for replying btw.

You're very welcome.
You PC has an Intel processor, correct?
The Intel card should work but as I wrote earlier, I can't be 100% sure of that.
The PC does not look easy to take apart at all, so you may want to opt for a USB AX Wi-Fi adapter.

If you've already taken it apart, I'd try the new Intel Wi-Fi 7 card.
I don't believe they are that expensive.
You just have to be extremely careful removing and reattaching those thin and delicate antenna wires.
Watch that section of the video.
