Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Envy 360 seems to be stuck in airplane mode. The wireless does not work nor do bluetooth devices.

Here have been several other issues reported liked this, but none of them seems to work.

Examples:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Operating-Systems-and-Recovery/Airplane-Mode-Stuck-on/td-p/582...

The above one is even marked as "solved" but only because the user reset his laptop to factory defaults, losing all of his data. That is not acceptable.

Note: I cannot access the internet at all. There is no port for a network cable. So even doing things like downloading drivers aren't possible.

Additional Note. From the Device Manager there is no wifi or bluetooth device recognized at all. When scanning for hardware changes, they still do not show up.
