Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Lost power during update and now I have no WiFi or tethering driver's. It doesn't even know it can? Only internet is earth net cable. What do I need to get to fix it.?

There are too many 23 AIO for me to guess

Please provide your product ID (not serial number)

 

Was the offending update from HP?

From Microsoft?

Some 3rd party or application update?

 

Can you press ESC after powering up and run diagnostics ?
