Hi, I need help. I have HP Pavilion All-in-One 24 PC 24-ca0000a. I have turned on wireless charging according to user manual. But it still doesnt work. I dont know, what to do...Thank you very much. Karel

Are you referring to the "wireless charging stand"?  I looked at the 24-ca000a spec and did not see that feature.

The stand holding the AIO should have a decal or writing to show where to put the smartphone

The 24-ca000a had a USB3.2 charging port on the side.

If you are charging your smart phone using that port and have a problem then possible

1 - The manual states that the USB power is reduced if too much power is drawn from the AIO.   External hard drive, optical drive, cameras, etc all draw power.  quote: "As a safety precaution, if the system power load exceeds the specific configuration’s capacities, the system may temporarily disable some USB ports."

 

2 - Problem could be charging cable especially if you are charging an iPhone
