How can I get Windows Security to stop popping up when trying to connect to the wider?

When I try to connect to my campus wifi Windows security pops up.

@Kynzie25 -- when you try to connect, the WiFi connection process accesses a service that has a "security certificate". Your computer tries to use the Internet to validate that certificate. But, since you do not YET have an Internet connection, the validation cannot be done. Thus, you get the error-message because the validation did not complete successfully.

So, click "proceed anyway", to get connected.
