I PURCHASED A KM260 WIRELESS KEYBOARD AND MOUSE FROM HP BILASPUR , THE MOUSE`S SENSOR IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND IT HAS 3 YEAR WARRANTY WHEN I WENT TO CHECK ITS WARRANTY AND ENTERED SERIAL NUMBER IT SAYS SERIAL NUMBER NOT MATCHED EVEN IF I ENTERED CORRECT SERIAL NUMBER AND I ALSO WANT TO KNOW HOW TO CLAIM MY MOUSES WARRANTY PLEASE TELL .
