Mouse warranty claim

I have a hp 150 wireless mouse. It's scroll wheel is not working properly. I want to claim it's warranty but on your website its shows wrong Serial number .Please resolve my issue as soon as possible

Hi Alden,

when i am going on warranty check page to check my product warranty status it's shows error that serial number is incorrect. Here I'm attaching the photo of my mouse serial number. please help me with same.

Hi Alden,

how can i contact customer support. On hp customer support neither option of live chat nor customer support number. On website its shows you don't have a registered product, first register your product. How can i register my product when it shows wrong Serial number. I had never experienced this type of worst service in my life.
