I have a HP stream 11. My son somehow deleted the network driver and now we cannot connect to Wi-Fi. How can I reinstall the driver when I can't connect to the internet?

Hi:

 

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

 

The product number can be found on the same label as the serial number.

 

Please do not post the serial number.

 

To reinstall the driver, you would download it from another PC, copy it to a USB flash drive, plug the flash drive into your Stream notebook, and either copy it to the hard drive and run the file, or run the file from the USB flash drive.

 

It will take less time to install if you copy the file from the USB flash drive to the hard drive.

Is BlueTooth from a phone a viable option?
