Product: HP Pavilion - 550-259na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tried to install this driver from within the updates tab in HP Support Assistant.  Installation failed several times. (Error message - installation failed.)   How to achieve a successful installation?

Looks like you're trying to install the wrong driver.

 

Looking at the HP drivers page for your PC running Win10, I do not see that softpaq for any Intel WLAN driver.  Instead, I see the softpaq sp72159.
