An HP alert is sending me to an Intel alert about Softpaq, but the alert does not mention my device. Should I do anything?

- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
- Could you please share the picture of the Intel security alert?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
Before troubleshooting startup issues, remove or disconnect all discs and devices from the computer.
- Step 1: Remove discs and devices
- Step 2: Perform a hard reset
