Hi,

Pc : HP All in One 200 5020

OS : Win 10 (64-bit)

I can't use internet with cable.  But internet works in wifi.

Do I need a driver.  If so, wich one.

Hi, Sylvain:

 

If it is a driver issue, there will be a device listed in the device manager labeled as an Ethernet Controller.

 

If you see such a device, this would be the W10 driver you need for it.

 

Download, unzip and run the setup application from the W10 driver at the link below.

 

RTL8169SC(L) Software - REALTEK

 

If you do not see an ethernet controller listed in the device manager, then most likely there is a hardware issue of some kind, and since the ethernet adapter is an integral part of the motherboard, it cannot be fixed without replacing the entire motherboard, which I would not recommend.

 

If you need ethernet capability, you can buy a USB to RJ-45 ethernet adapter.
