Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-r114
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I am having issues with my keyboard. all of the keys are misconstrued. I hit the escape button and the volume goes up. I press the letter W and (gh27) comes up. I tried rebooting and changing the languages. I even went to the store to get a universal keyboard and it's doing the same thing. I don't know what else to do. Is there anyone with an idea of what's going on that can help?

you can try to download the keyboard driver again, if not, you may need to send it to a repair shop,good luck
