@Gaga12 -- I am not sure what your "HP120cp" device is. A Google-search led me to a web-site about pumping-out a sewage tank.  So, please supply more details about your device.

 

Do you have an external keyboard,  that you can connect to a USB port on your device?

Does that keyboard work with your computer?
