PUT A DVD IN THE DRIVE SHUT THE DRAW IT WOULD NOT LOAD SO I OPEN IT AND THE DVD WAS GONE SOME WHERE IN THE COMPUTER  COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP WITH THIS THANK YOU

Hi SueG160925,

 

It sounds like when you put the disc in the tray, it was not securely connected to the tray. It's likely the disc slid down inside the drive enclosure.

 

You may need to open the PC cover and remove the drive to see if you can get it out.

THANK YOU SO MUCH I WILL TRY THIS IN MORNING I TRIED TO UNDO IT EARLER TODAY BUT IT WOULD NOT LOSEN OFF I COULD ONLY FIND TWO SCREW AT THE BOTTOM OF THE COMPUTER

IT SEEMED TO MAKE IT LOSE BUT COULD NOT GET IT OFF THANK FOR YOUR HELP
