I noticed that there is no way to enable my PC to send files via Bluetooth, because there is no Bluetooth button. I go to 'add a Bluetooth device', but it doesn't detect one, and my device doesn't detect my PC because there is no indication that there is Bluetooth on it. There is no on or off button. Shouldn't there be one?

Hi:
The Qualcomm Atheros AR9485 802.11 b/g/n WiFi adapter is not a combination wifi/Bluetooth adapter.
The easiest thing to do to add Bluetooth networking capability to your notebook, would be to purchase an external USB Bluetooth adapter.
I use this one for example...

Hi:
It depends on the model wifi adapter your PC has.
Some wifi adapters are wifi only, and some are combination wifi/Bluetooth adapters.
What model wifi adapter does your PC have?
If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.
