I have tried just about everything. My 24-b050se computer will not find my wireless network but it still sees every other network. Every other device in my household is connected except this one.

The wifi adapter your PC has can only connect to the 2.4 GHz wifi band.
If you have set up most of your devices to run on the 5.0 GHz wifi band, your PC will not see that network.

reboot the router wifi first. (pull power cord to for 1min and put back?
do yo know here SSID broadcast name., and pw, credentials..
does 1 more PC fail./?
do 1 other TV fail?
does cell phone , click settings wifi, fail? to your ssid or not seen on all things, in home,
are you in the home? or at starbucks? but you said MY so I believe you.+😎
all this is easy suff simple tests.
if all are dead the router has BIG PROBLEMS. and is not HP device I bet, none told.
do you own your router is ISP owns it and locked by them if yes them, call them.
