My WiFi network will not show up on my network list

24-b050se

I have tried just about everything. My 24-b050se computer will not find my wireless network but it still sees every other network. Every other device in my household is connected except this one.

Hi:

Below is the link to the product specs for your PC.

HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-b050se (Touch) PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

The wifi adapter your PC has can only connect to the 2.4 GHz wifi band.

If you have set up most of your devices to run on the 5.0 GHz wifi band, your PC will not see that network.
