Hi there.

I connected my Bluetooth headphones to my pc.

It tells me it's connected but sounds come and go and followed by a very loud noise, sounds like you trying to set a program into your t v. Then the noise slowly goes away, and then nothing. My other Bluetooth headphones are connecting but skipping words.

1. Bluedio (1 1/2)

2. JBL Live. ( December 20)

Both work fine on my husbands' computer, he got also an HP, and on my iPhone.

I called Microsoft and we went to upgrade drivers to reinstall windows files, they were on my pc clicking this and that, nothing. I disconnected, shut down, and reinstalled more times than I can count. I am at the end and have no clue what else to do. I really don't want pay $ 60.00 to call HP and then

they can't help me.

Help, please.

My pc is a little over 1 year old.

Hi Praveenbv

thank you soooo...much. Microsoft could not figure it out after 2 1/2 hours on the phone.

I updated with Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver and now it works like a charm.

FYI SoftPaq was discontinued.

Thank's again

Manuela
