Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, I can't connect to internet via ethernet, fine using Wi Fi.  Having updated or changed anything, just wouldn't work this morning.  It says invalid IP.   Not really sure about operation system, don't know where to find it.  My husband can connect on his laptop via ethernet no problems.

Any help much appreciated thanks

Fixed  itself after turning router off for a while
