Hi,

I've got an Eliteone 800g5 i5-9500 , 512 SSD 16 GB ram.

Numero di serie [Personal Information Removed]

Numero di prodotto 5NW37AV

Is possible that this model has ethernet only? I don't find wifi on windows os.
I already downloaded and installed all drivers from the support driver section.

In the device manager, there is only the Intel ethernet and a list of WAN mini port.
