if the keyboard is faulty, you may not be able to do anything about it!
I used this software ( SharpKeys )for a laptop computer, with it a key was blocked at times, it was annoying because at startup it was sometimes activated, or during use, it allowed me to deactivate it
But we can also reconfigure the options, tried, that could be enough, but I doubt it a little
