Envy All-In-One Pc 27-P041
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Envy All-in-One PC 27-p041 LAN1 Wired Ethernet keeps reporting the ethernet cable is not plugged in or is damaged after I plug it in and run troubleshooter after the Ethernet Port reports "Not Connected".  I have used multiple ethernet wires which all work on other devices and the wires all work fine, just not when I plug them into the HP Envy.

The ISP reports the router is working correctly and they can see the other devices on the wires when they are plugged in just fine.

The wiresless connection also does not work.

Hi @HCJ1

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Appreciate you trying the steps. This could be an issue with the Ethernet port, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
