HP Envy All in One 24-N-27-P
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get random mouse movements and mouse clicks even if I do not touch the mouse. Touch Screen has been disabled to see if this helps, but it doesn't. I have de-installed and re-installed the USB Root Hub and this has no effect either. At times the mouse is totally unusable as it locks to the top of the screen. It does not matter which USB port I use, after a few minutes the fault returns.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hello
stupid question, but ..
Did you change the batteries, I had a similar problem, and each time, it happened when the batteries were starting to run low
If not, it could be the mouse that is faulty, can you test it with another computer?
