My sons computer isn't connecting to WiFi, it will not even search for networks. I looked in device manager and all the Realtek adapter drives are missing. I've tried rebooting, network reset and it doesn't work. I sent the computer to HP to be repaired and they sent me the attached pic stating the repair falls under accidental damage. I don't know what the picture is suppose to be? Can someone tell me if its broken, if so whats broken and how does it effect the adapter drive?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the wireless card is not working on your computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Did you check with the service center what is wrong?
If everything else is working fine on the computer, then I recommend you use a USB wireless dongle to connect the computer to your wireless network. From the picture I am unable to understand what is exactly wrong.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
