Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D118AV)

Does HP sell replacement screens for HP DY-2xxx?  Mysteriously my screen is distorted, glitchy with black spots.  I don't recall dropping it or doing anything to potentially damage the screen but here we are.  I connected my laptop up to an external monitor so I can still use it, but I would really like to be able to replace my screen.

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
