Some of the keys not working on new wireless keyboard

Hi!

Brand new wireless keyboard and mouse 200 just out of the box.   Mouse works fine.  Keyboard doesnt work fine - most of the keys work other than 123 don’t work on number pad and asdfjkl; don’t work either.  Tried restarting computer.  Tried reinserting wireless thing into usb drive.   Tried holding down the blue reset button on the back of the keyboard for 10+ seconds.  Any other ideas?

If it's brand new, just claim DOA (Dead On Arrival) with the vendor and get it replaced.
