HP Recommended

I’ve been having trouble using my computer due to a blockage. I got it from my college as a keeper computer because mine had messed up in a fire my school could have prevented me from being in, and now it’s having trouble. When I try to use the internet it says it’s blocked due to a firewall but when I look at the firewall it seems fine and there’s no virus or anything of the sort on it. I’m just really confused

I suspect you are not at the college when this occurs.  Since this is probably being caused by the way it is configured, talk with the IT people at the college to solve this.  I suspect it is setup for use on the college network infrastructure only.
